I am a tenant of Daniel Hudson Burnham Apartment for 6 or 7 years. I am a senior citizen with a low income. Television Entertainment is almost essential to the tenants. It's the only indoor entertainment most of us have because most of us cannot or are unable to get out much. Even with excellent staff (Social Worker and Manager) we yet need tv entertainment within our apartments. Comcast is very expensive, RCN is also expensive and will not step on Compast territory (this building) and Dish is not allowed. Because rent is based on our income (low) why can't we have low-income cable/dish service? Can CHA please contract with someone who will assist us? Will you consider this in your new Reformation Plan? Thank you.
